I'm a HUGE fan of the Dark Brotherhood and I ended up killing someone in Vvardenfell illegally.
Lucien LaChance showed up next time I slept in Ald Rhun, but the only dialogue available for him was the dialogue generic for the people of that town. So I couldn't start the Cyrodill Dark Brotherhood quests.
And when are they supposed to attack you in Vvardenfell so I can go to Mournhold?

I know I have to sleep in Cyrodill for him to appear.
I've done the questline loads of times.
But I wasn't aware that sleeping in Vvardenfell means I have to use the console to correct it now.
Is there going to be an issue of him going back to Cyrodill?
Because I've noticed that essential NPCs on the world map actually do travel instead of just teleporting there.

As for him travelling back to Cyrodiil, I don't think that will be an issue. I mean, if the guy can travel all the way to Vvardenfell to tell me I'm a murderer, he can certainly travel all the way back. ;)
But seriously, I see what you mean about travellling vs teleporting. I still think he'll be fine as far as transporting himself goes.

Now for me, the Dark Brotherhood is cool and all but I personlly think the Ordinator's are more bad@ss.

I was able to get their armour legally and they still killed me for having it in my inventory.
Well, let's just say if a Dark Brotherhood assassin was trying to take down an Ordinator, I would not get in the way :)
Especially when they give you the crappy Rose Of Sithis that can't penetrate any armour at all.

You have to be level 15 from
To be attacked by the Dark Brotherhood in Vvardenfell, you have to be at least level 15.
As for Lucien's topics not appearing, I think it's because he's in Vvardenfell. You should just have to commit a murder in Cyrodiil and then his topics should appear, so you can join the Dark Bro's from Cyrodiil.
