Extremely early WIP, In retrospect I'm thinking I deviated too far from the source, should he be leaner? I'm going to scale up his ears some in the mean time. Idea's/concepts for the axe very very welcome if anyone has any. (oh and this isn't his pose)
I think he could be leaner, he looks like a buffed up version of Mehrunes Dagon, in my opinion, but I guess that could be a better look for him. (Get swole)
Okies, I'll make him leaner, next version should be in final pose too, probably with a stand-in axe.
while making his make his ears a bit bigger i would also make them more "elf" like, ill attach two photos of merunes dagon.

Nice. It need great altar with thousands of thralls' skulls and living thralls on walls and in chains.
Mehrunes is destruction, not domination. Flayed and burnt sacrifices, sure. No chains though. Mehrunes takes no prisoners - he's not out to dominate but to destroy. Molag Bal's would have torture and chains and that sort of stuff in spades, though.

Now his shrine and plinth look pathetic and unworthy. I hope the shrine interior assets can live up to all these awesome statues you all have been making.
ComfyCushion is right. The lack of awesomeness surrounding Mehrunes Dagon is making this amazing statue less awesome.
