I really like it, personally I would like it if there wasn't any carvings in the eyes like in most elder scrolls games, but that's just me. Anyone else agree?
Ok, this is awkward, there is good new and bad news. Firstly the good news, the statue looks awesome, but we knew that already, nice one Scruples.
The bad news is that there is no actual statue in the original Morrowind. Sorry I posted the claim, but it is one of those models made but never actually used in game. Not is all lost however, the powers that be team Skywind will make a lore friendly shrine in place of the existing mediocre shrine that exists.
One thing I just now noticed - it seems Mephala doesn't have elven ears. As one of the 'good daedra' she would probably be represented by the Dunmer with, well the face and tongue aren't really 'elven', but not with human features. If it's too late to change, I'll live though. Still looks Reaganomical!

Yep, the claim statue you posted was a retexured port from oblivion...I assumed it was a left over from the morroblivion team

Ahh, I was wondering why Bethesda would go to the effort of creating one and not using it. I feel bad now. As I say this is too beautiful not use, any volunteers for creating a Marong Tong Mephala shrine room?
Looks really good!
Please tell me you got those folds done in marvelous designer cos I couldnt manage that in zbrush myself o.O /jelly
That awesome!
Fabric... wow, and images of Mephala inspirited of goddess Kali- very interesting idea.

Yeah, I also think no carved pupils would be the way to go :) Beautiful model!
hmm, mb more spider theme like in morrowind?^)
but anyway i like oblivion version ;)
This version is so much cooler than the overdone spider stuff. Kali for the big!

No, I dont agree. Carving out the eyes is the only way to add depth. Without it the eye will look glazed over.
I'm glad this was made and it looks great. Even if it wont be featured as prominently as the others it can also be used for the Oblivion project.
Mephala... Good?

Just thought there should be no pupils for continuity's sake- None of the other statues have them as far as I've seen.
Happy with either :)
