Crashing on Startup

Hi. Just finished installing as per the instructions for latest release v0.62 with OBSE 0021 for a steam installation (i.e no loader.exe. Just the .dlls.)

I have Oblivion GOTY and Morrowind GOTY editions. I was using a fresh installation of both. I started up both games prior to the modding process and loaded as far as the main game menu in each although I did not actually start a game in either.

I used NMM for elys silent voice, the Unnofficial Oblivion and Shivering Isles Patches and the OBSE date files ( i checked they were installed) then used WYRE bash to install the resources from Morroblivion V 062 Complete.

I set up my load order as per the advice I found in several threads on this forum.

Starting the application from my steam library brings up the Oblivion Launcher as per normal. I click play and the Bethesda Logo Starts to come up and then it crashes with the windows message 'Oblivion has stopped working'.

I've retried several times, even just using:

Oblivion.esm

Morrowind ob.esm

Morrowind ob.esp

in that order. I get the same result every time. I have also tried this with the OBSE loader.exe which won't even start up the Oblivion Launcher (which I was expecting).

I also tried this with and without the 4GB fix.

As a last resort I copied all the files manually overwriting the existing ones. I also tried using a bashed patch.

So far everything I've tried results in the same crash.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have checked Windows Event Viewer though I understand little on how to use it or what I'm looking for but I'll cut and paste below the error.
