Tried some generic soldier/guard lines in the first. The second one is some.. snobbish noble I think. At least that's what they sound like to me.
It's my normal voice and way of speaking. Might be "too american", can adjust if necessary to some degree.
Not sure what happened with the second recording, sounds to me like too much reverb.
For Imperials, American accent is fine, or British accent is fine. Right now your accent doesn't ring as either one, though. If you're not English-as-first-language, you might be better suited to Breton, with a more natural accent?

Hi guys, looking to try my hand at voice acting. Imperial seems the best fit for now. How do I go about auditioning?
So this is me reading the generic lines of an Imperial Guard from Oblivion.
Using a H1-Zoom recorder, handheld, which is why there might be some noise when I move my fingers a bit.
Naturally, if I do get a part, I won't do it handheld, heh.

Nice! It sounds almost like an Orc from Skyrim and oblivion. You might want to look at them. Orcs are fun to do!
Here are some Imperial takes. Not sure I can muster up the chest strength to be a booming commander type of super-hero voice, but I feel I might work better in low-key roles or as grittier types (warriors, rogues, thieves, etc).

Turedus Talanian, happy to re-record/take further direction. Voice is very flat in this one.
This is my first crack at voicing a character, though I have a good deal of podcasting and college radio experience. I chose to record a few lines from the Oblivion character Savlian Matius (acting captain of the Kvatch Guard) and I plan to submit a couple more in the near future.

My quick demo of my voice. I can a bit deeper, and i can stress or unstress the hero-ness :P In this one i decide to use a more normal voice for the priest but running down some warrior lines, i seemed to have used a more deep, hero-like voice. Anyways! heres my demo

Right i decided with the character of Lucan Ostorius as a thief shouldn't have a posh accent he should have a voice similar to Delvin Mallory from Skyrim.
Hope you like my take on it.
