Wrench Ported. :D

Submitted by brutal7 on

So, i was bored. I converted the tf2 wrench using crafty to obj. I imported into Blender. I added collision model. I saved as nif. I made the textures dds. I created custom icon. I used a dagger as a reference on how to position in Nifscope. I made it into a weapon in the Cs. Took about two and a half hours ( Since i really am not a pro )

So now that you have a wrench you can whack people with, what are you going to do with it? Besides whack people? Why do you need a wrench with all that gold?

What i will do now, is give the Wrench a partner. A hat :D The one from the tf2 that the wrench goes with. Never tried this before, but shouldnt be too difficult.

I ported the Helmet. I thought i had everything good, but when i put it on in game, it was far off to the side. I tried adjusting its place with both Nifscope and blender, but both times its didnt work. If i send the file to someone, would they help me get it to fuction correctly?

I'm not really sure but what could be the problem is that the hat is not skinned correctly, as in it is not correctly set up in nifskope for oblivion to know to place this item on the head and what bones to rig it to.. However, I really have very little experience with this topic, just trying to help.

Cool wrench weapon btw!
