Ranis Athyrs(http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Ranis_Athrys) had given me the first duty she offered. It was a double one. She asked you to do two things, collect guild dues from a member(http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Manwe%27s_Dues), and convince a telvanni to join(http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Recruit_or_Kill_Llarar_Bereloth). I have done those things, and she accepted that I've done them, and the quests entered the closed list. When I ask her a new duty she tries to give me the same double one and it doesn't open a new ones. I am a journeyman in the guild by the way.
