In fact, Dro'zhirr just found a few new pieces earlier today. Took them from some Nord woman. Cried like a baby, she did. "Oh my precious jewelry!" http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Dahleena You want evidence? Dahleena tells you where to get it. Odral Helvi has a chest on the second floor of the Governor's Hall. Unlock the chest and you will find a book. A record book. Bring this book back to your friend and watch his eyes when he smiles.
Voice Description:
For Khajiit, try going with a more smoky voice like was in Morrowind, for both males and females. The lilt is a mixture between Spanish and Arabic - almost like Morrocco.
For Khajiit names are an honorific. If they're slaves they refer to themselves only as 'Khajiit', but if they are not slaves they use their own name, and they relish saying it. They savor their names, holding them out just a bit longer.
Our Khajiit will have rolling Rs and pronounce J as the French 'J'. Also, they should emphasize short 'i' and long 'ee' sounds a bit more than other vowels. If you can, try adding some uvular trills for purring in a 'greeting' line, to show approval. These are similar to the rolling R, but you use your uvula to make a warmer, more throaty sound. Not everyone can do them, apparently.

I like what I hear. Picking
I like what I hear. Picking out particular voices for a khajiit mod I'm working on. On the note of voice-acting quality, I semi-agree. Having gone through the struggle myself, the quality of the recording device/microphone is a large part of it. Looking into it for my own potential voice acting, I discovered that music stores often sell mics as well, varying in purpose of recording instruments clearly, to recording speech and/or lyrics.
Personally, I'm aiming for the words/lyrics mic, which can be found rather cheap at about $60 for a high-quality mic. Depending on additional features, they can quickly reach $200 for models with additional features. The quality of the microphones certainly encourage those seeking voices to keep track of those voiceactors. (I'm building a list of Khajiit voices as we speak :P)
