I'm on the thieves' guild quest Vintage Brandy for Sugar-lips Habasi, and the vintage brandy is not generating in the nobleman's mansion. Not too sure what's up with this one.

I did the quest a few days
I did the quest a few days ago in the original version of Morrowind, before installing Morroblivion. I got it from the dresser in the top room. Because I'd asked multiple times, there were 10 brandies - there's a bug where every time you ask about the brandy it places another into the chest of drawers in the top room. I've never seen it or taken it from the shelf.

It was a Bug in Morrowind have read through the Quest

UESP page on this quest says you could get brandy from either place. I've always taken it from the shelf so it's probably why it's missing from the dresser and was never noticed.
I'll add a bottle of brandy to the dresser just to be thorough.
Not going to restore Morrowind bugs, if you'll excuse me :) (even though we've had people complaining about that in the past, believe it or not)
