So, I've been following this mod for a while now and never seen a thing I loved in Morrowind brought up: Going to the Mage's Guild and making your own, custom spells.
How does with work in Morroblivion? Is there a spell crafting stand in the Mage's Guild now? Can you still just talk to the certain guild member? Can you only get it through the command prompt?
Same question of Enchanting.
As far as I know, you can't enchant items on your own. If you speak to a Mages Guid enchanter or spellmaker, they have an "Enchanting" or "Spellmaking" topic that opens the enchanting/spellmaking menu. You don't have to be a member to use their services.
The mechanics of enchanting and spellmaking themselves are unchanged from normal Oblivion mechanics.
Alright, awesome, so it's back to being just like Morrowind.
