Redoran Hortator Problem

hey

im currently at the Redoran Hortator Quest. All Council members but 2 except me as the Hortator.

At Garisa LLethri there isnt even an option to ask him, if he accepts me as the hortator.. what do i have to do? i tried to talk about every topic...

And Bolyva Venim just tells me, that he will speak with the other council members and thats it... of course i tried every topic option..

are these bugs?? or do i have to do something else???

i updated to the newest morroblivion version 063.

please help me, i really want to keep playing and finish this game !!! :)

Bolyva Venim will not do Anything until All other Members agree to Name you Hortator.

Did you already convince Athyn Sarethi by rescuing his son or being Archmaster? You should have the topic "Redoran Hortator" on each member after that.

What exactly does Garisa LLethri tell you when you ask him about "Redoran Hortator"? He should definitely have the topic though if you've completed Athyn Sarethi's Hortator Quest.

Garisa Llerthi tells me, that he heard about me, and that he will speak with the other members of the council and thats it !?!?! I definitely have completed Athyn Sarethis quest. i have all the votes from the counselors, except for Llerthi and Venim...

I even tried to speak to Athyn Sarethis again, but he just tells me, that i already have his vote...

It seems you need to be at least House Cousin (rank 4) if you are already a member in house Redoran. You will have to play more Redoran quests or hone your skills before he will accept you.
