Level Up Crash/Freeze

Hey all, I'm really enjoying Morroblivion so far. I've seen two other topics like this on the forum, with only one resolved, mines a bit different. I'm trying to sleep and level up for the first time and the game freezes up after the level up menu and thus cant go to level two. There is no crash window or anything, It just freezes and I have to open task manager to close the non-responsive oblivion. Also, I'm not running any other mods besides the ones that came with the latest release here. I use Wrye Bash to run the mods and here's my order

1. Oblivion. esm
Morrowind_ob.esm
Morrowind_ob Tree Replacer.esp
Morrowind_ ob - conversation. esp
Morrowind_ob - UCWUS.esp
Bashed Patch
Morrowind_ob - Maps

Download and install the

Download and install the Unofficial Oblivion patch or alter the ini like this:

Find this line in your Oblivion ini file located in My Documents\My Games\Oblivion.

STrackLevelUpPath=\\vault\TES4\LevelData\

Delete everything after the =

Save the ini and it should fix the problem.

Source - I recommend the UOP though because it fixes many other things as well.

also install Shivering Isle, Before installing UOP,Could run 4 gig patcher for Oblivion.

I tried the unofficial patch

I tried the unofficial patch and it says it cant patch because a file with the name "Old File" exists, but doesn't have the right content. I don't know how I the unofficial patch didn't work the first time I ran it before I installed Morroblivion and company.

Also, I looked in the ini file and that line doesn't exist. in fact, it doesn't exist anywhere on my pc! what the heck!
