I have started to make it either. That's pity that somebody had made it. Model in process.

95% of work with form is done. I've made the head please give me ideas about the staff decoration.

Hey why dont you add a voice to the staff like hearing Hasedoki's weaspers when you use the staff wouldnt that be cool?

Hey Mo, a couple suggestions;

Try to blend the staff with the top-piece as if it were carved from the same branch, or forged from the same metal like in the original. Right now there's a clear divide between the two in your model which makes it seem like someone could 'pop' the head off with a little bit of force. Other than that, I could maybe try to add a few groves and/or detail into the model to match some of the original texture. Right now everything is smooth and flat, a staff of that power should probably have a little more ornamentation.

Good work so far!

I say, try to match all those patterns and grooves on the original, I rather like them, and perhaps take from ivans as inspiration as well.

That is a working model. This point will be ok in the final model. I separated the staff in two objects first is a head which is done and a handle that is undone. That's why there is no smoothing between them. Sorry my english I'm looking for ideas how to decorate the handle. That's what I'm asking. I don't want to use neither Ivan's nor original version of a handle. Will try to make it in cyber gothic style (a metal that transfers into body)

There is nothing unique in Ivan's handle

Some types of handle and decoration

Loving the detail on the 'neck' of the staff. The bulbous formations really give it an organic look. Main gripe with that is how the staff goes from a very natural look to a more mechanical one at the bottom. Perhaps the transition from something that seems (at this point) living/made of wood, bone or flesh, to metal and artificial could be smoother. Alternatively, you could try to make the staff appear like it's made of the same material as the head, and continue the theme down all along the length.

I wanted to make it in this way (a staff and a head from the same material) but rav said that we need more details. I think the staff will be redone few times before we will finish.
