Oh my god this is perfect in every respect. It's amazing how you and the rest of you guys are able to so faithfully remake and interpret the eastern/abstract vibes of the concept art.

ooh, perhaps you could do their sort of 'non-armor' clothing along with this 'action' variant, the one without extra robes or chitin, the one being worn in the background of the first image
it is one of my favorite pieces of clothing in the original, and it would work as the casual variant of this worn by officials of the group.
perfect reference piece - the closer to this, the better!
and as for my bit on the model thus far, i'd suggest giving the bandolier all the little things the concept has, and adding some more of the little bags and bits around the back of the waist, while bringing up the skirt a bit, to the knees
also, that big leather bit hanging on the back, that's cool
