Alveleg Missing in Fighter Guild Quest

Hey Modders,

Love the mod it is brilliant! I'm having an issue with the Fighters Guild Quest, Telvanni Agents. I am tasked with killing all 4 and the one who usually stands out in front of the mine (Ashanammu) at Caldera is missing. It is supposed to be a bosmer scout who talks to you but he's just not there.

The scout is there; I have personally done this quest as part of a normal game. You need to look around, like maybe even inside rocks, etc., or he is already dead--as happens in Morrowind.

Ok went back and did it again and he still wasn't there so I killed the rest and returned to the guild and they said I had killed them all. Guess he died of natural causes then?

Yes, that is one thing I really don't like about Morrowind; quests are very vulnerable to important NPC's dying. I just did three Fighters' Guild Quests in a row where she had a contract but I had already killed whomever. Quest Completed. Where is the fun in that?
