Attached is the first phase of the Tribunal quests. I've included the DB attacks and the TR series ( the Royal Palace Quests). Still to do are the Temple quests and the town misc quests. This block also includes Idle animations for taking and giving the player stuff. I've also included Exleper's work on adding the conditions for all Tribunal quests. All I really need to finish in the Temple quests are the scriptlets attached to the dialogs and the quest objectives.

This should allow the voice actors to finish up their recordings and place the files into the appropriate directories. Hopefully there won't be any more shuffling of dialogs between MDQ and each quest.

Do the DB attacks start immediately or after a certain point in the main quest?

According to the script and UESP, they actually start immediately. But if you sleep in the Census building, the script is bypassed. I never noticed that in TES3 in all the years of playing it. However, several of the dialogs used to get to Mournhold are actually different based on the progression of the main quest.

I really don't understand the logic of having the king hire the DB to attack you when you are only level 1 and haven't even talked to Caius yet. His excuse is that he felt you are a threat. Really? At level 1? To a king? I'd recommend we modify this but for now, I'm trying to stay close to the original scripts when possible.

Oh so that was the logic of

Oh so that was the logic of the delay of tribunal on Morroblivion makes sense now, and should be delayed similarly on Skywind as well. Oh and Bethesda logic of the threatening lvl 1 character is because King Helseth is a very paranoid person, but yeah that's right I couldn't think of many groups more threatening to his throne, you know like maybe House Dagoth in general.

Any way to make it so the DB

Any way to make it so the DB attacks start after you defeat Dagoth Ur? It doesn't make much sense to be assaulted by the DB while you haven't even become the Nerevarine.
