I have been playing Morroblivion for a little while now, and completed a majority of the Morrowind guild's quests, after which I went to cyrodiil to play and complete the shivering isles DLC, upon completing it and returning to Morrowind's worldspace I recieved messages that I was expelled from (The Imperial Legion, Fighter's Guild, and Morag Tong) Morrowind Guilds. I am unaware what caused this but I can no longer join the Morag Tong (expelled members must die). So I was wondering if I can get any feedback on a solution.

I will try this method soon, honestly I think but do not know if by killing my shadow self in shivering isles (become Sheogorath -Staff Quest) was the cause of that.

I don't know what causes the problem, but you can rejoin you manually by typing the following into the console (you can find the FactionID in the Construction Set --> Character --> Factions):
