No Morrowblivion.ini

I have spent the last 3 hours attempting to install the mod on a fresh install of both morrowind and oblivion

So far I have everything working except I cannot launch oblivion to play in the morrowind world because I cannot find the ini file. I saw elsewhere on the forum it said if the ini file was not there it was step 3 incorrectly being followed.

I had to install the Morrowblivion Complete manually because bash crashed evertime I told it to install the file.

How can I fix this so I can play morrowblivion?
