Hello, it was a long time ago since my last activity, I used to remake parts of the Cyrodiil forests but it just never went anywhere

Since I really enjoy landscaping/level designing and doing it occasionally, I decided to start a thread for a personal project with my own landscapes. Will try to upload stuff on a daily basis.

I'm going to be straight up. This all looks REALLY good and your talents are going to waste. Skyblivion is years away still, yet alone this would be a mod for a mod too. If you really want to contribute something great, you should definitely consider joining the Skywind team. I am the lead landscape and level designer and we could really use you. You might not get to work with shrines and ruins, but there is plenty to do and I'm sure you would enjoy it. PM me if you end up wanting to help! :) Thanks

Squally, I'd love to landscape for Skywind. But as it is now, there's lack of time, I don't know how quick things needs to be completed over there, but I'll PM you when I'm certain that I can jump into it. Probably anytime soon.

I'm still sad that you're not spending your talent on Skywind or Skyblivion :'(

I'm still confused of what

I'm still confused of what this is. Is it a mod for Skyblivion? Because Skyblivion is years off, at best. And this is using ported assets that can't be used anyways.... and without other models and scripts and quests.... It's just eye candy. It looks nice, but it will never see the light of day I'm afraid. It really has nothing to do with any of the projects going on on this website.

Yeah you have some good points there, I'm just doing it for fun I guess. I don't mind if it turns out to be nothing but some sort of world.

I rather do something than nothing at all, for instance if I would have work to be done on Skywind, it would just take longer than it should because of the limited amount of time I'm able to work within, and I would rather not slow that project down by a ton.

Years off at best? What a terrible lie, Skyblivion is atm having tons of things already done and I wouldn't be surprised if it surfaced faster than Skywind.

Beautiful work, altbeit as someone else said, you'd probably make better use of your skills in Skywind Team ;) not that we don't need your work in Skyblivion, it's just that Skyblivion atm is just a bunch of stuff moved over to new engine, we can't think of manual work atm :)

From my understanding ported models can't be used, right? And I haven't seen anyone redo Oblivion's models and textures.

As of now imo Skyblivion will

As of now imo Skyblivion will not exist without using ported content...There are hardly enough skilled people to work on or even want to work on it at the moment I know of.(I've volunteered to work on it eventually, but that'll probably will just be creatures remodels and armor ports if no larger project organization pops up.) Anyways imo it be a waste spending all the time of of remaking the models seeing as most of the models look fine in the Skyrim engine (with the exception of textures)....and I agree with Ormin Skyblivion is ahead of Skywind in some sectors Havock and Stability are the things that come to mind though I'm not too privy to the tech side. But any ways let the dude work it looks like he's having a good time and I don't see the point in harassing for not working on "are" project. Nice work dude.
