To me skyrim was monumental with its you can marry any eligable bachelor npc wether it be male female dragonborne marying vilkas farkas lydia or whomever as a gaymer myself this was is awesome and with biowares Dragonage Trilogy romances were pivotal what im Geting at is will there be integrated quests npcs and maybe even a morrowind form Of marriage both lgbt and straight that would just add that bit of awesomeness to an already epic project no im sorry i meant godlike project lol

I think it would be hard to implement in that way, that it will improve gameplay somehow. Marriage options in Skyrim were very plain and boring. I see it only in cases like this quest which mentioned or u when rescue sb. It brings only sth to gameplay when you have rich dialogs options, and when she/he will comment your actions. "You come back drunk again?", "Why left me for such a long time?", "it's not that what do you think", "Oh! my dear Nerevarine", "This new home is beautiful" etc. If u combine it with houses, scripting with our actions, additional decent amount of dialogs, it is too much work for a such small feature. To do it well I see it only for max 2-3 NPC. And even then it is a lot of to do.
As I suggested previously, if we manage to bring on board the authors of the mods : SKYRIM ROMANCE (almost in BETA stage and soon to be released, she was happy about me asking her to join) and VILJA IN SKYRIM, I'm pretty sure they would would on this and they are actually pretty good at this. They would work as a secondary branch of the team, for all we know, and the workflow would keep the consistency needed.
There are many much more important things to implement first. And Skyrim's romance was just... Bleh.
Either have it play to the story, and tie it to believable character reactions, or not have it at all.

if nords can marry just after conjoint killing someone (typical quest), dunmers must be just abduct brides.
If we find volunteer to do that and that idea will not slow down core team, idea is good (when is done really good). Maybe not on level character creation like Last of us but approaching it. If someone did it not good enough, then it will go to dump. Sorry. Very optional thing which u can add or delete when u want. So I don't see problem if someone want to spend tremendous amount of hours to do that.
Morrowind didn't really have
Morrowind didn't really have any romance (aside from Ahnassi's quest) and Skyrim's marriage system isn't really romantic (do a quest - usually which involves killing something - and then suddenly the person becomes fully committed to you). I like romance, especially in the Dragon Age games, but the Elder Scrolls games haven't really had a focus on it.
I can't speak for the writers and voice actors on this project since I'm not helping with that particular aspect, but I'd assume that romance and marriage won't be included. If it is, it'll probably be a few select characters/companions, or perhaps in future mods.
