Game work but the bitter coast dont load

I explain my problem.

My game start normally but crash before the Bitter coast.

I have test all possible load orders. Please help

You have OBSE Installed plus Menuque and Ely Silent voice file Installed, start your Game with OBSE.

Suggestion:
1. As you seem to be using a CD Version of Oblivion did you patch the game to Oblivion v1.2.0.416 before applying the Unofficial Oblivion Patch?
2. Have you checked that your obse_1_2_416.dll, obse_editor_1_2.dll, obse_loader.exe is located in your Oblivion folder ((C:)/Bethesda Softworks/Oblivion)

Did you use the Wrye Bash Utility when installing the mod? I would suggest trying to re-install the mod with the Wrye Bash Utility.

Do you mind showing a print

Do you mind showing a print screen of your Wrye Bash Mods tab as well. Cant see any of the other .esp's in your load order.

1. First try to reinstall Morroblivion_v064_Installer with "Run as Administrator"
2. If that still does not work verify that your OBSE is working correctly with OBSE_test_plugin
