As far as I can remember, this question has asked before. Don't pin me up on this, but I remember the answer being that the simply doing voice acting for English is HUGE task, that it'll be too much work for this project to do more languages. That being said, it'll be possible for others to add their own voices once we're done, though a separate mod. I hope this answers your question.

I think that will be subtitles.
Actually i would like to hear that dunmers are talking on their own language (not russian, not english).
Even dunmers talking english vocals are quite soft.

Russia, is a very big country, that have a lot of people. There people, that voice it, I think. For example, I can say, that game "Bioshock Infinite" was voice by a group of fans, on russian language, which was not in official game.

Read the subtitles and enjoy your games the way their creators intended them to be.

It's also a great way to learn English.

Then you can contact them when this project will be completed in English. Actually i am not very interested in voiced dialogues, bcoz i read them 3x faster than they can speak.

I don't see problem If someone want to that and add this as additional mod. But I think if u want official Skywind's distribution it should be similar quality as English Skywind. So it needs at least one professional voice actor who will be coordinating this, and team of good translators. So task is not easy. So if u gather team or sth to begin, as separate project I don't see any objections.

Btw. if there are people here which want to translate to other languages (German, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish or even Chinese (one of them) and Korean, Japanese) It would be cool too. But again it is not goal of our team.

The plan is to just do English for the official release. We have nothing against Russian or any other languages but it is a huge amount of work.

In case anyone pulls up this thread in the future who is seriously interested in doing alternative localization (and I mean stupidly serious), you'd first have to be willing to translate about +40,000 rows of dialogue (sometimes with multiple lines) before you'd be able to record. This is because dialogue lines have been ported from morrowind (and additional lines have been added) but there's no easy way that I can see to relate vanilla morrowind alternative language translations to the format in skywind easily, especially after the lines have been chopped up to fit line limitations (which would vary with different languages). This basic subtitles translation step would have to be done before anyone could seriously consider Voice Acting in alternative languages. SO yeahhhh, not happening.
