Problems and positives with morroblivion

hey guys, after hanging out for skywind for so long i decided to try morroblivion and i honestly love it,

i started off in seyda neen, went to redoran quarters in vivec city robbed the weaponsmith, picked up my blinding  boots and went to say gday to mr umbra, everything was absolutley incredibly good, but then i decided to go find the bitter cup to make me a mad dog and as i was walking (with my boots on,) from balmora to Caldera, as soon as i got into LOD range of Caldera my game just crashes, over and over. IT SUCKS, i was loving this game. now its just time spent debugging and i got tomorrow off work for this. anyway i sorta need some help now, ive just taken a screen shot as u will see in the screen itself of my load order, tell me if its looking good or bad. when the game was originally working, it would of had too work for me to go and get the boots of blinding speed, now, it just crashes.

 

i do have a couple of other questions about some other problems/enquiries about the game and some other mods, when i load HD map, my map is so zoomed in so hard to look at against the border of my TAB screen(ui or menu or whatever) and in other screenshots from others in the map, this UI is streched to the edge of the screen, are they just not playing in 16:9 aspect ratio or is this real.

 

another problem i had was with the position of the markers of town on the map, they wernt really straight, and it always said i was in the hills or something whilst i was walking down the footpath. it would just be nice to get some input on these problems whilst i neeed this other bigger problem out.
