That would look good in the farms near Vivec

Wait there were no crows

there are still small birds and carrion eating creatures, could even work as an iron perch for a cliff racer :p

would be nice to have small Cliffy relatives after we got Cliffy itself.

If to make it bigger and scarier it can be used against cliff racers

had to do a little meme for this...you do know cliffracers like to eat biped animals

its awesome smarti, we can use it for the plantations

cool shit grumpy cat ^^ .. ok i pack the stuff and create a download. for now i have a low poly mesh and 1x diffuse map 2k 1x normal map 2k and 1x simple specmap 2k. what do i have to do to prepare the stuff so somebody can bring it into the game? shall i resize the textures? do i have to rename the thing? or maybe convert it into .DDS ? would be nice if you can tell me that stuff then i prepare the scarecrow for further workflow.

From most of the stuff I've dug into lore-wise the Cliffracers killed off the birds of Vvardenfell years ago. I can't really tell though since ESO has Cliffracers and there are birds on the coasts, but ESO isn't very lore friendly so I quite tell. At any rate a smaller type of Cliffracer would be a nice touch and perhaps some types of hardier birds like the Hackwings from black marsh but they are supposedly more violent often attacking travelers and waiting for them to die of blood loss, at least according to The Argonian Account.

Why not stick 'em around Imperial settlements? Imply that the the colonists didn't realize that there weren't any crows in Morrowind.Would be kinda funny.

Yeah, it would fit well in Pelagiad. Looks really nice.

Target practice for imperial troops in various forts... Just have arrows sticking out and it would be a very cool style of practice dummy.

In Soviet Vvardenfell crows scare you! But it would be nice to have authentical Dunmeri scarecliff... like made of cliffracers' chitterlings, parts of daedra (Hungers, for example) and with a fear-spell casting skull of ancestor instead of bucket.

A Cliffraven?

Nice, it could add to the immersion to see a few of these cliff-vultures fighting over and eating carrion from Nix Hounds and other creatures. Mainland Morrowind had vultures in ESO, so these cliff racer ones would fit nicely.

if this any chance to go in game (i dont see any good rig) - this will have more serious/extra design.

is any chances of converting animations through fallout/tes series?

Looks really trippy and alien. It's perfect for Vvardenfell but i'd tone down on the penis imagery a little bit I mean the skin on his forehead is giving too much of a foreskin vibe.

Actully i would made alien pest  more hovering like colibri.
If it most time hunting for tubers - it shouldnt be very fast.

I like this design, but if someone is to ever model it (wouldn't count on it yet, maybe for fun, there are higher priorities), the concept needs to be much more refined. You can try to do that yourself Alysander, and please, use Gimp at least. I know MS Paint is the tool for the real men, but we need a bit more detail and textures. Or, if you're stubborn, I can always do it. Shouldn't be hard or take long.

I'd also make the design a touch more alien still. It looks too much like a crow, maybe give it weirder legs or beak. There's plenty of weird beaks and legs in nature to look at.
