Second attempt at Wood Elf (Are they all supposed to be as whiny as high pitched as this, in Skyrim in Whiterun the wood elf shopkeeper don't seem that high)
You may want to clean up the audio before auditioning. At this point we are only really looking for folks who have clean and clear audio. Listen to my take above, there is very little to no background noise and the voice is clear, aim for that.
Hello! I'm Nathaniel Gordon. Here's my audition for the Bosmer voices, if this is still going on. I'm a professional VO actor in Vancouver, BC, Canada, and I've loved TES since I first played Morrowind. I'd love to help any way I can.
I've also auditioned for Dunmer, Khajiit, Orc, Breton, Imperial, and Altmer.
(I should also note that I am using a professional quality sound booth, producing broadcast quality audio.)

I like the accent, but the audio is a little funky still, not sure where the issue is.
Agonylord, I liked yours. The funky audio someone mentioned may just be that it's a little bassy (or it's because I'm on headphones). The accent and manner makes me think Breton, Altmer, or Imperial more than Bosmer; sounds like you auditioned for those, too!
Wood Elves; trying to be annoying like wanted for fargoth. (little bit of austrian accent).
Probably a lot of critism but if sound quality is the biggest or one of the biggest concerns, no problem in case of getting a role I'd love to grab some new gear.
thx entze
Maybe someone would be so kind to analyize which role or race would fit best for me. Thank you alot!
Here is my audition for a female Bosmer, I checked out a video of Morrowind's female Bosmer voice clips and based it more on that than Elle Woods. I even had fun doing the battle cries, attacking and getting hurt sounds at the end:

So it's been a while, but I thought I would repost my audition for Bosmer, since there wasn't any criticism for it. Here are a couple recordings of the same line, Each with slightly different vocal inflections. Criticism always appreciated!
My attempt at Wood elf. Did Gaenor for the sake of Gaenor. Had to use only available mic, if the voice fits I can have a better mic within a couple of days.
Rounding off a few auditions with a Bosmer track. I would love some feedback on how to improve. Thanks for everyone's hard work, I'd love to join you in the project!
Here is my try for a whiny kind of wood elf. I don't know the lore of The Elder Scrolls very good so I'm not quite sure if this is the most fitting voice for this race, but it's just one type that I felt could sound good for such a character.
So I auditioned for Fargoth in the special audition thread, but I figured I'd throw my audition for that in this thread as well, as I'd be happy to do any Bosmer:
Is it lazy to use my Fargoth audition for this? I'll record some more lines and try to make the voice more distinct than my Fargoth voice later, but here's a start.
The "High Pockets" link didn't work for me, but I'm a long-time Buscemi fan, so I figured I'd wing it.

i am a bit late but here is my attempt to help the tes renewal community a little bit more.

Hello there! I'm SirNerd, got a new mic, and I'm trying to find a voice. Thanks for listening.
Sorry for the multiple takes.
Oh, yeah, I see what you mean. Looks like I made a mistake when editing. I didn't clear out a piece of throw-away audio.

Always liked your stuff Gigarat :) I prefer your voice for Bosmer/less husky sounding races.

Hi, I'm just submitting a general wood elf audition. ^_^
Rounding off a few auditions with a Bosmer track. I would love some feedback on how to improve. Thanks for everyone's hard work, I'd love to join you in the project!
Female wood elves. Two takes on it. One more cloying-cutesy, another a little more bitchy.
Hey, there! Here's my audition for a female Wood Elf. Hope you like it!

I know the quality is sub par, but I'd be willing to lend my voice.
Lol I couldn't keep a straight face even when writing this. It was fun to do anyway.
