Hi so I have it seems that I have followed every step correctly because it shows up for the mods that I have successfully downloaded and put everything in the proper place but when I run Oblivion, it goes right to the main story of Oblivion. There must be something I am doing wrong. Btw I am new to moding on the computer but everything still seems to be in the right place. If someone could guide me through this or teamviewer me it would be great.

Yes you right that I did have
Yes you're right that I did have the transport mod checked but I also unchecked and had the same problem. I went to where you told me to where I would have to edit and it already was at "set mwMainMenu.AltStart to 1" Not really sure what the problem is. Its like I have everything downloaded and its like that last minor step thats preventing me from playing the game. I'm sure its an error on my part just not sure.

Just want to make sure, if you mean the OBSE as in the Oblivion Launcher then yes, I am. Also, I did use wyre bash and have been going back and forth between the launcher itself and launching it from wyre bash. I would also like to add that I have indeed checked to make sure both morrowind and oblivion are working separately and they are.

This depends where you would
This depends where you would like to Start in Oblivion or in Morrowind. if you have Transport Mod in you Game Remove It. for the Default Setting is to Start in Morrowind.
To Start in Morrowind check ,go to Where you Have your Oblivion Installed
( Oblivion\Data\ ini\Morroblivion.ini ) you will have to Edit Morroblivion.ini
