I mean auto-save is automatically created that you enter an indoor Cell. Before entering Neglected Shipwreck of course I saved normal.

Well, you said your autosave becomes corrupt when you enter this cell. I'm advising you to disable all autosaves, because them becoming corrupt is a known problem with Oblivion (which is not related to Morroblivion or other mods).

Don't use Auto-save in Oblivion, it's known to be buggy.
