After only a few minutes of play-time, the game will freeze all user controls. This usually happens while interacting with an NPC. The NPC will continue to have its animations run (eyes moving, etc.) but user controls are locked, such as opening the game menu, moving the mouse, selecting dialogue, etc. I have uninstalled and re-installed both games and their components to properly run Morroblivion and still this issue happens. Help?

Can you post your load order? I don't think this is related to Morroblivion.
The only time it happens to me is when I use the last spell of an inventory object operating under Universal Cast-When-Used system. The keyboard still works in this case, and I use it to navigate to another spell and cast it, which unlocks the mouse.
Do you mean that the mouse is disabled completely? Like, both movement and keypresses?
The only control which can be disabled by Cast When Used items is spell cast key. What do you have it set to?

Oh no, sorry for being unclear, I can move the mouse, but clicks lead to no effect. And yes, my spell button is the left mouse button, the one also used for interface clicks. Apparently, UCWUS can't differentiate between disabling its use for spells and disabling its use for interface. Still, it's a relatively minor inconvenience.

Yes, that's the way functions to disable keypresses work. Never would've thought someone will bind casting to LMB.
I'll see if I can make a workaround for this in the next version. For the time being you can just hotkey a spell.
