Strange Bug after finishing Tribunal main quest

After I finished it in Sotha Sil's clockwork city, I went to Helseth's palace. There, on the stairs on the way to Imperial shrine, my controls were disabled for some reason, with nothing else happening. I reenabled them and things proceeded as normally, until I saw Azura in front of the Mournhold Temple of Almalexia. Instead of saying what she apparently should say after finishing the Tribunal quest, she had standard NPC dialogue, which was quite a bizzare sight to behold. Sounds like quite a nasty bug.

Furthemore, I can't finish this quest http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tribunal:Helseth%27s_Champion to stage 110, even after I finished the Tribunal MQ in Sotha Sil's city. (Helseth does not acknowledge that I found out why were the Fabricants attacking the city). Something's wrong here.

How did you get from Clockwork City to Helseth's Palace?

Balthazar's Mazed Band to Mourhold - this got me to Almalexia's chambers, walked to the temple's reception area, attempted to tell Fedris Hler about what happened -

and then Divine Intervention to the Imperial Cult section of the palace, without leaving the temple though normal means, since I wanted to get to the palace quicker. I guess the latter screwed the scripts up.

It did. If you have a save from before returning to Mournhold, reload it. If not, just disable Azure, I guess.

Memo to self: block Divine Intervention when this quest is active (and probably Recall as well).

too linear ...

The version I posted in my own ReCode/Improve thread caters for both possibilities - if you use the mazed band you're teleported to Azura and all happens then and there - if you use whatever other means or items to go elsewhere first, Azura will be at the temple entrance and talk to you once you return there and go near her.
