After recently replaying the older Elder Scrolls games, I thought maybe this would be redoable seeing as its small hand made unlike TES Daggerfall and TES Arena with the randomly generated terrain. I figure once Skywind is complete it could be a side project? Just let me know, If this could be a possibility. Sorry if im wasting space on the forums.
Thats what im saying we redo
All depends on if there's
All depends on if there's anyone around with relevant skills who'd be willing to produce assets for it, then you'd need a way of measuring and mapping the old worldspace to rebuild in Skyrim, and then letting landscapers loose on it, followed by people to remake NPCs, and implement the quests. I certainly wouldn't mind seeing efforts to do all these things, though with randomly generated stuff like Daggerfall you'd have to basically make a new game without the random map thing, probably making a cross between ESO's High Rock and Hammerfell maps, and any maps of High Rock and Hammerfell in the era of the game's story.

It could be an interesting
It could be an interesting project, Battlespire & Redguard would be easiest Daggerfall would be insanly difficult. But I strongly think we could remake Battlespire if we get a few people to help. I can make the NPCs and do the majority of the clutter, I would need lots of help. Some of the weapons are already being remade for Skywind and Skyblivion not much would really need to be done for battlespire.
I'd be up for helping making
I'd be up for helping making models, however have little to no experience with the creation kit.
It would be an interesting
It would be an interesting mod project for a huge one-off dungeon. However, while Battlespire's concept was good, it's pretty bare bones in terms of gameplay design when compared to today's standards. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but a project like this could improve on the various weak points the game had. For example, adding sci fi/steampunk features, artifacts, some kinds of super spells (replacing shouts) and maybe enhancing the atmosphere to add horror elements.
You'd better help with this

I can work cluttering and NPC
I can work cluttering and NPC creating. If people are up to helping maybe this could actually get somewhere.
wouldnt elder scrolls
[External image] wouldn't elder scrolls adventures redguard be a better option to try to recreate than battlespire because it got many elements we also see in skyrim dwemmer a dragon
and if u say use a mod like this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/33017/?
creating something that looks like stros M'kai would be less harder
what i wanne say start small and grow from there els it isnt going of the ground
Or, for now, wouldn't it be
Or, for now, wouldn't it be better to put this energy towards Skywind for now so we can have it sooner?
Other projects can come after Skywind is finished and released. :)
wel to be fair i have seen
wel to be fair i have seen topics like this a few times before and nothing happend whit it [External image]
[External image]but if there would be some 1 ho starts this project i am sure it wil get more steam if the stick to it long enough look at skywind and skyblivion it ceeps getting more and faster progress[External image]
You see, TES Redguard has
You see, TES Redguard has different game mechanics like you cant play in first person, pre-designed character, different system in general. Battlespire on the other hand, the only thing that would need to be adjusted would be no resting. Plus the majority of the weapons and items are already here for battlespire EX: Daedric Cresent. Anyways if there is a willing group of people we could easily do it in a few months. Also the enemys are already being done for Skywind like the Scamp and Daedroth.

Unless you're planning on
Unless you're planning on reconstructing it entirely from scratch, it's not really doable. Completely different engine and such. There are a billion threads here asking similar things with Arena, Daggerfall, Battlespire, and Redguard. The general response is that they aren't doable at all, but that's only true in-as-far as it can't be directly ported into Skyrim like Morrowind and Oblivion can. Rebuilding an approximation of the original worldspace in the CK, and reconstructing the NPCs, quests, etc. by hand, from scratch in the CK is perfectly doable though, but it would take an eternity to be sure.
