I recommend editing the first post and adding the attachments there. Just makes everything look neater and in one place. Good job on the conversions.

There must be a way to get

There must be a way to get the legs to appear, usually in Skyrim there's greaves and a shirt. So it's not setup in the same way as Oblivion.

Only way around this is to make outfits.

Since we decided to go the Skyrim way of combined armors cuirass + greaves + sleeves, chose any pants from Oblivion clothing that looks good with shirt and make as a single mesh. Similar to how yazza handled Savior's Hide.

What? I didn't make the shirt. Steinmaster170 made the shirt, I just helped him get the skills. So we're making preset outfits now? That would be easiest. It would be very time consuming to make sure all greaves and pants don't clip.

Yes, all clothing should be shirt + pants as a single mesh, or pants only if needed (questionable). They will use the same body slots as armors, and if NPC has both armors and clothes in inventory, clothing will go into a separate sleeping outfit. That will be handled by a script in TES5Edit, I just need meshes.

I need only meshes, will add them in game and on NPCs myself. There are more than thousand of NPCs in Skyblivion, do you really want to outfit them by hand? :)
