Hey everyone,
after recently playing some Morrowind, and having played Morroblivion before that, i found the lack of voice-acting somewhat disappointing. So, having some knowledge of modding, i grabed the construction set, and played around with giving Fargo various mouse-noises when he spoke (with rather amusing effect).
So here's the thing:
I don't have files to do this, and so I ask for your support (or, more a cooperation). Since many have worked on voice acting for the TES Renewal Project, I was able to get mp3 files for many dialogue options from this site here. What i wanted to do, was make a mod, that plays these sounds when a dialogue option is clicked.
So my question was mainly: Would it be possible that i make this mod with the files provided here, and host it on this site, or if I'm able to, set it up in such a way, that the files need to be downloaded here seperately.
Edit: I have now been able to give Caius Cosades some lines of text, and i'm working towards making him fully voice acted. Of course using the Morroblivion Voice acting files.

Anything posted on the site can be used freely by anyone (so it says in the terms of use...last time I checked) However, the majority of voice acting is not directly uploaded to the website and so that means that you can't just take it (lots of soundcloud links and that's just the auditions.. the actual recordings are uploaded elsewhere)
So basically, you're gonna have to track down and get permission from every voice actor before you can use all the files you need... Anything you currently find on the site is either old or just some auditions (with possible, minor exceptions).
