NPC With Staff does not attack. The problem to be solved if staffs will be enchanted On attacking spell

Um, closed then I guess. I'm not sure anyone every understood what this was about though.
If anyone else is having problems with the wood staff, please post details.

I have a small suggestion. Maybe move all staff in morrowind from Category BluntTwohand in Staff Category ? because NPC mage with them go to melee.
In morrowind Staves were two
In morrowind Staves were two handed Blunt weapons ...they are supposed to be used in Melle.
Blunt was a major\minor skill for many semi-mage classes ... like Spellswords, Healers, Monks, WithHunters, Crusaders etc.

That's the way it is, it would be foolish to change Morrowind to make it more like Oblivion - in fact, that was something that really bothered me about Oblivion - no spears, no staffs, no crossbows, etc. Fewer choices = bad!

Do you have any examples? Specific NPCs that are not attacking?
It may not be the staff at all, it may be something about the NPC (such as agression setting).
