For some reason I am taking permanent damage from a frost spell, under my active spells its listed as Amulet of frost (24), Ive tried waiting but it wont go away, ive tried console command dispelallspells and still nothing, Im not wearing such an amulet, ive stripped my character naked and it still happens, ive even put myself in jail to see if itll fix it but no I just die from the frost damage, Ive even tried taking an amulet, enchanting it with frost damage, wearing it and taking it off but that hasnt helped, Im really out of ideas, Im tired of constantly taking frost damage and I dont want to have to keep wearing a restore health item just to cancel it out, any ideas?

seems to have started when I loaded up my game today, I went to crassius curio for a quest, then walked outside vivec, went to fast travel and was told you cant fast travel while taking damage, Im not sure exactly when it started, from what I recall I did a quest before that for the temple called dark cult in hassour but Im pretty sure after that quest I was able to fast travel

Ok, disregard that. This type of bug wouldn't happen anymore after the mod is updated.
For now just use player.dispel 010400D1 console command.
