Yeah I have added 2 more loop cuts and it looks much smoother with like 8 more polys so its all good. However idk if people want it to have havoc or not

I love this clutter, and so far it's going in a great direction. though, be sure not to go as far as to be too savage, like the orcs from WOW, try and keep it slightly more noble, in the sense of cleaner, perhaps smoother angles, these are the descendants of Veloth's followers, some of them noble altmer...
these are still mer, though they are more nomadic...
i think you're going in the right direction, an these are all awesome, I'm just giving a suggestion..
