Idea for Taverns

I don't know if any of you will like this idea, but I think that in the taverns around Vvardenfell there should be a small group of Dunmer called "The Scribs" who are like the bards in Skyrim, and tour like the Khajiit caravans. What do you guys think?

And just to add to the "Nords are crazy" theme of Morrowind, make a Nord minstrel traveling around that is an absolutely terrible singer. Just butchering every song he sings.

Personally, i think it would be great to add a stranded wanderer inside taverns.Some taverns can be made from a backstory the player would have a choice to follow.Taverns interior should be wide ranged, instead of a same room with different design.....
