! in start of new game

When I start a new game, I see one ! around the character((( Then I fall into the water with NPC and Oblivion is closed

By the way if you are on Windows 7 you have to install the game outside Program Files.

You did not install the mod

You did not install the mod correctly - you are missing one of the installation files, possibly Vvardenfell imports.

Re-read the installation instructions and try again.

And when I swim up to the NPC and travel in Ebengard and on the pier (which is not visible (character is in the air)) I'm leaving in Windows :(

Yeah, it sounds like you're missing some meshes that the game is trying to find. Try reinstalling Morroblivion and see if the problem is still there. Remember, follow the installation instructions step by step.

esp files (they may be problem)

See what the ESP, I downloaded and say what should be more (if so), and specify if not secret)))

Damn! There are now a star with the inscription WTF I am a missing meshes! I guess it happened because of a localized version of Oblivion ... Or something I did not download
