I was wondering because I have already spent 200+ hours on oblivion if I could keep that same character when playing morroblivion, or if I could save my character and have him and my morroblivion character and be able to play them both?

Enjoy it, its a great mod, perhaps the most impressive ever made for Elder Scrolls. a true masterpiece.

Looking at the mod that makes you spawn in the prison district and talk to the Khajiit, it appears it takes 1000 gold and 3 days to transport between worlds. Is there a faster way to travel between worlds?

1. Keeping your current oblivion character (If there is a mod for this it appears you will just automatically do it.
2. Seamless travel between Vvanderfell and Cyrodiil
1 - Morroblivion works like
1 - Morroblivion works like any other mod, so just keep playing, you do not need nothing in particular to keep your current character going.
2 - seamless travel if you use the mod attached to the link but you need Tamriel heightmaps, you keep traveling east and when near the coast, or already swimming, you will be teleported to Vvardenfell via a script, same way as back, (must swim westwards though).

Thanks SO much! But one last question if I start the game with my current character will I start in Vvanderfell or Cyrodiil? If I start in Cyrodiil and not in the boat at the begenging of Morrowind how will I start the morrowind main quest?

The mod you are looking for is ( Chargen and Transport Mod ) comes with Morroblivion when you Download Morroblivion , then follow the links in the download section to ( Mods for Morroblivion ) and look for Version 11 of the Transport Mod. You can Continue from Oblivion,, for some reason I can not open the Panels Could be my Laptop have Changed Computers last 1 Crashed.

AFAIK you can carry on with
AFAIK you can carry on with your character ands travel to Vvardenfell via one of the side mods, and there's several, or you can start a new character. If you want to be more adventurous use Wrye Morph to create a dedicated Morroblivion character.
