Here is my Breton, 3 different European accents as this is where I am from :) Please ping me some scripts and I will be happy to churn them out for you and bring this remake to life.
So two things, one not trying for any particular part, just used the sample line from the first post, and two I'm pretty sure I suck at varying my voice more than I thought. Will also be posting in other threads with other auditions that really don't vary as much as I had hoped they would. And should my pronunciations be wrong, please forgive me >_<
Someone told me, I would better try an impression of a Breton, so i tried Listien Bierlos. The Breton from the Mage Guild who can't control his summoned Scamp.
The following is my first try at giving voice acting a shot so think of it as a support gesture towards Skywind rather than anything else, but still yet i'm all ears for any sort of feedback :)
Tried to attach a .wav file as I thought I saw in previous instructions and it wouldn't let me and I saw others posting soundcloud links so I hope this is alright. If it's not, I'm currently downloading the plugin to allow exporting of .mp3 files and am willing to re-upload.
But here is my audition using lines from the character Ama Nina from the Imperial Cult quest line.
Auditioning for the part of a breton using the script provided in forum. Granted, this is my first ever VA audition for anything so it sounds rushed and incoherent in some spots, due to nervousness. I can provide a better, more polished version soon.
I gave a shot to an Austrian accent, something alike to what is fairly common in Skyrim as well, but mainly among nord guards. Please let me know if it's good or how I can improve it. Thank you! :)
As you consider the range of voices that fit for each race in these mods, please allow MorrowindmaN to assist as I would be honored to be a part of this worthy undertaking if found useful.
I also have SoundForge Pro and Spectral Layers Pro and am excellent at editing and improving music.
I will submit, in addition to the voice samples, a before and after mp3 I edited. I'll let you be the judge as to whether or not it is improved.... Please see the attached
I decided to record the male example, as well as a couple lines from Mercer Frey in Skyrim with my own take on the character. Hopefully you find my skills usable
Here's a second one (this one's less formal, with a little weird "well done"..... Ok after hearing that many, many times now, I think this odd "Well done" is weirder than I originally imagined and sounds not very fitting...... But anyway. Here you go.)
Un-edited audio Quoting Barnard Elerie, tried to go for a more posh and sophisticated English accent, which isn't what i'm used to considering i'm more of a northern English man :)

I'd love to help as much as I can so I've been giving all the races a shot. Here's my voice over for a Breton. :)
Can you tell my accents need work? The Breton was tougher than I thought because there's so many angles you can take with the voice.

Here's my penny's worth, with two different takes on Breton. Sorry about the occasional buzz; I'm saving for a cheap-but-not-dirt-cheap-mic.

Breton voice audition
Hi,
I gave a shot to an Austrian accent, something alike to what is fairly common in Skyrim as well, but mainly among nord guards. Please let me know if it's good or how I can improve it. Thank you! :)
I'd like to volunteer as a voice actor.
I have worked as a voice actor before, dubbing tv-series into English.

Here's some Bretons! One cockney, one French/German amalgam, one Irish-esque. Wanted to give some uniqueness. Enjoy!
Barnard audition, enjoy!

Not sure if you are still looking for voices, but I thought I'd have a go anyway.

Hello!
Here are the files for my Breton Audition. I went with a less formal British accent for this one.
Thanks!
Hi there, here's my audition for a male Breton.
Here are some auditions for Breton. I did them with a Welsh accent because I'm from Wales so it was more natural for me to do.
I decided to record the male example, as well as a couple lines from Mercer Frey in Skyrim with my own take on the character. Hopefully you find my skills usable

Some sample lines for Marcel Maurard the wannabe actor.
Used a cockney swing for this one, but am proficient in any regional UK accent.
Well, as I recently discovered some great features in Audacity to remove noise and so on, I thought I could give Barnard Erelie a try.
Right here is my Audition.

Here's a second one (this one's less formal, with a little weird "well done"..... Ok after hearing that many, many times now, I think this odd "Well done" is weirder than I originally imagined and sounds not very fitting...... But anyway. Here you go.)

Let me know what you think. I am eager to get a response.
I'd like to be a voice in this project. Not necessary breton voice, but that one seems to fit me best. :)
