You mention that you aren't very proficient with Zbrush/Maya/Max, which is unfortunately the programs that is needed. We can't afford to allocate resources to teach any on for the time being. Perhaps later when things settle down.

So it's up to the coding department now.

It's sorta hard to tell your experience skill from that single model. You wouldn't happen to have more lying around?
