So i have been away from Morroblivion for some time, back at it again and willing to do Tribunal, i updated to the last version and the fountain in the plaza is empty, no ladder no inner walls just water no entry marker for Bamz-Amschend.
In the previous version i had (0.45) the ladder was there, B-A reachable but the questline would not update.
Otherwise, it is much appreciated to see thoses continuing efforts on Morroblivion to wich i always come back in the end.

So you're saying you started the Tribunal questline in a version before it was finished? This could be problematic. Which quest are you currently doing in the Tribunal main quest and what's the last quest update?
I am on the main quest, last update was Fedris Hler telling me to investigate the ruins, i have already (in the previous version) reported to the king's councilor.
In the previous version Fedris wouldn't update the questline, now he does but access to the ruins vanished.
I didn't remember the questline wasn't finished (my bad), i thought it was strange that i never did it in Morroblivion...
Well, the questline is finished now, to fix the disappeared statue just open the console and type in set fbmwTRMHAttack.MournholdAttacked to 1 . This should enable it again. If there's more issues just post them here.

thanks to Brainslasher's reply the statue is back, but there is no activator prompt.
Maybe a cell name with "coc" command could do the trick, but i have tried "coc bamz-amshend" with no success.
