Cannot Complete Main Quest

I have been doing the main quest of Morroblivion and so far so good, however I cannot proceed with the main quest at all...

I am up to meeting the high priest to demand to talk to Vivec, however all he says is that "we have nothing to discuss" along those lines anyway, I have pressed every single topic possible by him but still nothing, can you or are you able to check on this for me? I have fufilled the fourth and fifth trials, recieveing all appropriate quest updates for them, that quest is finished. I have completed Morroblivion in the past...

I am using v33 so Im not sure if v34 fixes it

I'm not in frot of it so I'm going by memory, but I believe there is something you need to speak with Nibanni about that enables the confrontation with the Archcannon.

No I've already spoken to Nibani to activate the quest 'Meeting Vivec', I've spoken to the woman outside to recieve the key to the backdoor, all that high priest ever says is that we have nothing to discuss... The topic does not appear at all. And as I said I've clicked on every topic possible for the high priest, Nibani and the woman outside...

You must speak to Nibanni about the Sixth or Seventh Trials. You should not need to do this. The quest should update when you complete both the fourth and fith trials, but it currently does not. Speaking to Nibanni about either of these two Trials will move the quest along.

I've already talked to her about the sixth and seventh trials as I said every topic is greyed out (already talked about)... Still nothing

Go back to Nibanni and talk to her about the Sixth Trial.

Sorry I was wrong... Ok the topics don't get greyed out, they're not even there once the quest has been updated, the high priest simply doesn't recognise that I am the Nerevarine and Hortator. So the greeting for that quest when I am Nerevarine and hortator doesnt even show..

The Quest DOES update after all. I had completely forgotten that I did that, but there is a script that will recognize when you have become Hortator of all three Houses, and then Neravarine of all four tribes. My first guess is Erabenimsum Nereverine because Han-Ammu names you Neravarine, but that is not the end of the quest; you have to go to the Wise Woman to receive the Seizing of the Erabenimsun. Other than that, I have no idea what else could be going wrong. This quest has worked well for me.

Nope I've got the seizing, Fourth/Fifth Trial quests are completed, I have all the tokens from the tribes and the great houses...

Just in case, is there a console command to "skip" speaking with the high priest or at least a workaround so I can head to the palace of vivec? And I'll even revisit several tribes to MAKE SURE I have done everything right

I'm working from memory again, but SetStage fbmwMQAllHortAndNer 50 is what the script should do.

Ok thanks...

I have spoken to ALL the councilers and the ashkans and still nothing... if it helps I did the fifth trial first then the fourth... I did the ashlanders first then the councilers, yeah...

I have the same problem, and that console command didn't help. I've definitely finished all the Nevarrine and Hortator quests all the way and confirmed with the Urshilaku wise woman that I've completed the fourth and fifth trials and talked to her about the sixth and seventh. Have you got it sorted? I tried bypassing this by killing Vivec and bringing the dwemer artifact and scrolls from his temple to Yagrum but he didn't recognize that I had the stuff.

Help! Maybe a different setstage command would work?

I had this problem too a while back, was named Nerevarine everywhere as I thought (no quest markers and had the goodies), turned out I needed to talk to Suul Matuul (Ashkan from the same tribe as Nibanni, Ursul....something) again to be officially named neveravine for that tribe (even though I think the whole tribe already calls you Nerevarine).

Did the house quests before the clans as well.

I vaguely recall I had a similar problem when I originally played Morrowind in the long, long ago, I think the issue comes mainly from Morrowind just being a bit unclear and there really not being a decent checklist in game for this kinda stuff.

I literally JUST had this issue. Getstage on the quest fbmwmq12. For me it showed 5, 5, 5 and 50 or something like that. I talked to Ordinators about "Your Plan" and that set the stage to 20, 20, 20, 50. That opened a line of dialogue with the high priest and that fixed it.
