for coding dept: first complete the Creation Kit tutorial and the papyrus tutorial as well. After that you should come back for further discussing your coding skills.
How well do you know C# or JavaScript? Can you tell an example what you did? If you can send some coding related stuff (even PM or here in reply) that would be great.
