Some background:
I've modded Oblivion before but I'm not very good at it. I don't know if I'm even providing the right info, or if this is answered elsewhere. I spent about an hour looking before posting it but couldn't find this exact problem. Apologies if what I'm providing is insufficent, or if I overlooked an existing answer.
System:
I'm running windows ten, and I installed steam outside of the program files folder in order to avoid UAC issues with Oblivion. It is on the same drive as the operating system, however - maybe that's the problem?
Game:
I'm using Mod Organizer and Wrye Bash, and I installed the mod and its requirements following the official install instructions from this site - well, to the best of my ability : P. I have not installed any other mods.
I have Morrowind and Oblivion and their expansions installed.
The error message / problem:
Well, first of all, the game works but it's just normal Oblivion, no signs of the mod. When I start a new game, it starts a normal game of Oblivion, and I get an error message saying that "Morrowind_ob.esp is not loaded." A screen shot of the error message is attached below. This confuses me, since it appears to be installed in Mod Organizer? I must have done something wrong, but after hours of trying different things, no luck : (. I screwed up something somewhere, but I just don't know where ... any suggestions?
Thanks for creating this mod, btw! I haven't played it yet but it looks awesome, and it's one of the reasons I bothered with Oblivion again. :D
Edit -
Eh, I'm dumb! It does in fact seem like the .esp is missing. It doesn't seem to appear in the Oblivion data folder when I run the installer? Not sure what to do there.

Mod Organizer is my favorite
Mod Organizer is my favorite modding tool for Skyrim; however, I was unable to make it work for me for Morroblivion. I simply use Wrye Bash. I followed the "Detailed Installation Instructions" at https://tesrenewal.com/forums/oblivion/morroblivion-mod-releases/8114 and I also created a "Guide to Modding Morroblivion in Windows 10" https://tesrenewal.com/forums/oblivion/morroblivion-mod-releases/8114
Good luck!
