Dunmer Ears - Morrowind Style

Submitted by Vivec on

Hey, I came across this mod that makes Oblivion Dunmer look more like there Morrowind counterparts by giving them the same ears the Dunmer in Morrowind had.

I also found this other mod that does the same thing but it also gives them the Morrowind tatoos and makes them look a bit better as well.

I also found a mod that has nothing got to do with Dunmer but it does make Oblivion Dremora look like their Morrowind counterparts.

I tried this a while back, but it didn't seem like anyone was too interested in it.

Well I just wanted to share those mods because they make Dunmer more unique. That is already good but since this mod allows us to visit the Dumeri province we see Dunmer everywhere.

I agree with that, but I don't see it happening unless you yourself start editing the dunmer in the construction set one by one. Everyone else here is too busy working on other things. It's a pretty time consuming process, but it's pretty simple. Get a reference of the Morrowind npc, pop on the right tattoo or scar, save, and move on to the next. If you do take this up then good luck to you.

I wasn't asking anyone to do anything. The ears will automatically go on every npc and I hadn't realized about the tatoos but in Morrowind they had tatoos anyway.

The issue with the tattoos is that the npcs will have the wrong tattoo, so instead of Jiub having his scar he will have a hand tattoo or another tattoo that doesn't belong on the npc.

Then don't get that mod. The other two should work fine. I will take that mod off the list.

No, don't remove the link. All I was saying was that if someone wanted it to be lore-friendly the morroblivion npcs would have to be edited.

It does no good I suppose but I will leave it theren until requested to remove it.
