I just wanted to ask if Skywind will feature scale like Skyrim where everything from towns to forests was scaled down compared to TES lore.Will the map be the same size as in original Morrowind or shall it be bigger/smaller?
Also will the towns be bigger and be home to more npcs ?

It's going to be roughly the same size as it was in original morrowind with some minor changes
The map will be the same size as in original Morrowind, scaled down compared to TES lore. Sadly such giant spaces would need giant quantity of devs or procedural generation.
Also will the towns be bigger and be home to more npcs? Some cities and towns like Balmora and Vivec will be bigger and they ll be home to more NPC.
