This is where you can upload your Orc (Orsimer) voice auditions.  Please keep this thread only for auditions - feedback and other comments relating to voice work can be posted in the hub thread.

I keep the workers in line and make sure the job gets done, though these mushrooms just about grow themselves.   Voice Description:   Orcs in Morrowind, while not actually stupid, certainly have their intelligence allocated to parts of their brain other than those used for verbal communication.  While they excel at war tactics and crafting, their tribal nature still shines through.  For many, if not most, Cyrodillic (English) is used clumsily and their limited mastery of the language leaves other races assured of their stupidity.   Orc voices should be deep and perhaps a bit gravelly.  Tough.  Delivery can even be a bit choppy and abrubt.  Your voice should also account for the fact that orcs have huge tusks that get in the way of theor speech.  This would make 'S' sounds difficult.  Esses would sound instead like Sean Connery esses, a litle like 'sh'.

Hello, I see that auditions are still open, so here is my first submission. This is a reading of both Orc Lines listed. (I am aware that one of them is female, but I figured there'd be no harm in doing both.) I am excited to make any kind of contribution to this project. This is a rough attempt, and based on previous suggestion, contains no editing of any kind. I look forward to any feedback. Thank you. (The file I sent is a Wav, so I compressed it into a rar. I did this to preserve audio quality, but I can change to Mp3 if preferred)

After some review with some of my colleagues, I've been told that the major issue with this audition is that my voice peaks a bit on certain lines. If requested, I can re-record it with the master down. I'm honestly not sure if that needs to be done during recording, or if it can be done in post-production, but I am willing to accommodate to anything, so just let me know. Thank you.)

Heres a short audition for an Orc voice. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, as I am new to this whole voice acting thing. I saw that there may still be spots open, so I figured I'd send a few things in.

@Talos_Forever I'm new to this forum, but sounds like you have a perfect voice for Imperials/noblemen, not orcs. Your recording of that invisible boy was really good. You also sound like you would be good at voicing guards, high officers, etc. Your khajiit voice was pretty good too.

So, I'm considering auditioning for Umbra. Voice is naturally deep, but I guess I'll have to prove that if I do audition. Do I need to get the highest quality mic for auditions? Or will a good headset do for now?

Hi! I'm MeisterKeen and I'm interested in doing some voice acting.

I made a demo reel to apply to be a voice actor. I didn't read any of the tips before doing these -- if you'd like, I can update any of these with improved (practiced, warmed-up) auditions. These are all off-the-cuff, no warmup, no real practice or research beyond what I know of the universe. I'm trying to demonstrate that I've got some natural ability in voice work, and I can easily improve and change what I'm doing to meet your standards.

Here's my attempt at an Orc. As with Imperial, I think my voice sounds a bit too young to effectively do the voice, but I wanted to give it a shot anyway!
