So, here we go again: Next design to make is the Skullcrusher!

"The Skull Crusher is an amazingly large, and powerful weapon. The Warhammer was created in a fire, magically fueled by the Wizard, Dorach Gusal, and was forged by the great weaponsmith, Hilbongard Rolamus. The steel is magically hardened and the weight of the weapon is amazingly light, which makes for more powerful swings and deadly blows. The Warhammer was to be put on display for a festival, but thieves got it first. The Skull Crusher still travels Tamriel in search of its creators. —Yagrum Bagarn," ( from The Unofficial ElderScrolls Pages)
So we have a one handed warhammer, that looks heavier than it really is. It would be cool to give the Skullcrusher the attack speed of a skyrim sword, instead of the ordinary blunt speed. Furthermore the hammer is a smithing masterpiece and was created as an exhibit for a festival - it should not only look brutal and heavy, it has to be nice and extraordinary I think. For example, a real weapon with crazy high amount of decoratives:

After first brainstorming I made a few simple shapes. Say which ones you like or not and as always we can simply mix parts (example: The head of D with the pole of B and the pommel from G):

I absolutely adore D because It looks like an anvil. Nothing could be more quintessentially Skullcrusher-ish than bludgeoning your foes with a hammer shaped like an anvil. D even has the stoutest handle, which makes the overall package exude a sense of strength, reliability, and stalwartness.
G shape is the best for crushing skulls. It looks efficient.
I like C and G
I agree with D looking like it fits the name "Skullcrusher" the best. It looks solid altogether and gives the impression of looking heavy, which would better help build the trait of being lighter than it appears.
I would chose B or D, those have a similar shape than the original model.
I really like B. Its simple and stylish, while still looking very practical. C and E look a little bit too similar to skyrim's glass warhammers.
This shapes are awesome! Especially B, C and D

I have also attached an image with some ideas about shapes, and maybe it will be useful and helpful :)
I'd go with B because it looks the most like the original, but the only ones I don't like would be H and I, they just don't strike me as quite so hammer-ish.
I'm inclined towards F, G and J - real war hammers were designed to be traumatic without penetrating armor (in response to the development of harder steel) but they still typically had fairly small heads, since a smaller head packs more force and would damage the armor.
The sort of meat-tenderizer hammers that B, C and D represent wouldn't be effective weapons unless swung with enormous force. I'd suggest the hammer from G, spike from A, pole of E or I, and pommel of B. Something like:
Well, it´s done I suppose:
Thanks for the feedback, especially to Scorn and no_egrets! I mixed some parts and made it strong and elegant.
I hope you´ll like it ;)
Looks great!
very nice
Wow, this looks awesome! I personally love that you kept elements from the "anvil" aesthetic.
