Cant find/buy Morrowind armor or weapons from Merchants

For some reason i cant find any Morrowind armor or weapons being sold by Merchants. Do I have to wait a while? I can find it on NPC but not being sold. Did i mess up on the load order?

Most merchants sell both Oblivion and Morrowind items. Is there something specific you're looking for?

I was looking for something like Chitin, Netch (any kind), Orchish, or mabey glass. Weapons and armors. I cant really find any Morrowind style. Except the beginning when you get the iron dagger. I am not sure if you have to be a certain level but i am level 31.

Netch and Chitin are all over the place (well, same as in Morrowind).

Orcish and Glass however, use their Oblivion equivalents - we don't have Morrowind-style models for them.

I can't neither find the weapons on merchants, i did found them before installing other mods and i also could see the Morrowind enemies but now they're just the oblivion ones, i think that maybe it has something to do with my load order:

There's not a way to make the merchants stock like in morrowind? it really feels weird not being able to get the iron tanto from the start in the tradehouse.

I mean it might not be a big deal but it makes me feel like i'm doing something wrong since before i started installing other mods i remember i saw the old morrowind merchant stock, and i'm afraid it has something to do with my load order.
