Hey fellow Morroblivion developers and fans,
today I installed Morroblivion and it worked pretty well, besides the fact that all the NPCs dont talk at all. I dont mean that they dont during the conversations like they do in Oblivion and Skyrim. For example the first guy in the boat should say: "Wake up, i heared that they bla bla" or in the office the guy with the brown robe should ask me under which star i was born. But I cant hear them talking. Everything works fine, but this fact annoys me alot. When I use google all the people complain about the missing of sounds during conversations (which is normal for morrorwind), nobody seem to experience this problem.

Morroblivion Sound not working properly please read fully, I need help please.
I'm having similar issues, i have installed the Complete English version of Morroblivion and read through other peoples issues also and cannot find a solution for my sound problem. I have both the voiced conversation files, these being the BSA and the ESP files and they are currently installed to the Data\Sound\Morrowind_ob - Conversation.
The files are in the Morrowind_ob - Conversation file. Although i dont have any other sound files which came with the complete morroblivion download. The game runs great except for when you talk to npcs you only get dialouge. Although when your not talking to the npcs they say things outloud, they say what they are meant to once when you interact with them at the start of the game for example the other prisoner on the ship at the start talks but after they have finished what they need to say for you to move on they cannot talk anymore, or for example in the census office the people say what they need and then all talking after that stops working, when the guard says you will go no further until you have your papers he only says it once and it you go to talk to him he says nothing but dialogue is present. No town people make any sound at all when trying to talk to them only when your not talking to them.
I also have FX in my sound folder and voice which opens up to oblivion.esm and the unoffical patch. The ESP file and the BSA file cant even be added in datafiles from where i have them and when there in the normal place just in data files the characters still dont do anything.
There is no file which has different race voices in it like the Oblivion.esm file. Which has all race voice files. Although Morroblivion came with none. Can someone supply voice files they don't seem to be in the mod Morroblivion file for some reason or can someone help me out also. I'm sure the BSA and ESP arent meant to be in sounds also but it seemed like someone on here was saying to put them in here otherwise it was only the folder which was meant to be in sounds named the same. Anyway basically cant find any of these sound files help me out please.
